Parking is possible in several locations, including the area in front of DK Akord, where parking is paid. We recommend parking behind DK Akord, where the parking lot is completely free and provides sufficient parking capacity.

Tickets can be paid by card at the DK Akord ticket office. Within the festival itself, you can pay by card in many places. Unfortunately, some sellers still prefer cash.

Everything can be paid by credit card in the gastro zone.

Tickets can be purchased online through advance ticket sales or at the DK Akord box office.

The ticket price is 790 crowns for the entire festival in advance. On the day of the event, the ticket is more expensive.

If you want to return a purchased ticket, you must contact DK Akord.
Advance ticket sales are provided by AKORD & POKLAD, s.r.o., which uses the Colosseum ticket system for sales. We have no authority to interfere with this system. Therefore, please direct all your complaints or sales questions to AKORD & POKLAD, s.r.o. This will speed up the processing of your request.

Yes. Tickets can also be purchased on the spot at the DK Akord box office.

After paying for the ticket, you will receive an electronic ticket in your email, which includes the EAN code that you use to prove yourself when entering. You can print the ticket or show it on the mobile phone display. At the entrance, the EAN code will be scanned and, if valid, you will be given a wristband. With the belt you prove yourself for the entire duration of the festival.

A VIP ticket ensures you enjoy the festival to the fullest.

You will be checked in with priority upon arrival. You will receive a special wristband and a VIP tag with a neck key. This tape entitles you to priority entry to the workshops as well. But it has its own rules. Immediately upon arrival, you need to report which workshops you want to go to and we will put you on the list. However, a maximum of two workshops. You need to come to the workshop on time. If you are not there at least five minutes before the start, your place will be offered to other interested parties.

You can also pick up free original Japanese tea and coffee at the Heiwa cafe within the festival. Always one piece per person.

And we're still not done. A tea ceremony for VIPs is also prepared for you. And as an experience, our main stars are ready to take a picture with you.

Reservations are not required for workshops that are part of the Japan Days festival program. Just come and enjoy.

You do not need to bring any tools to the workshop. Everything you need will be prepared for you. Please remember that, for example, the workshop of calligraphy and Sumi-e painting works with desire. You can get dirty.
