RULES FOR THE USE OF COOKIES AND MARKETING AND ANALYTIC TOOLS

on the websites www.japonskedny.cz and www.japanova.cz

Marketing and analytics tools

1. a) As part of the www.japonskedny.cz and japanova.cz websites, we use third-party marketing and analytical tools that use cookie identifiers to evaluate the behavior and actions of individual website users. The purpose of using these tools is to analyze the use of www.japonskedny.cz and www.japanova.cz with the aim of increasing the user's comfort, offering the user content corresponding to his interests and preferences, which can be estimated from his behavior, and further marketing and offering our services.

These cookies do not provide us with any information enabling the identification of a specific user.

Processing of personal data within marketing and analytical tools

1. a) Given that the marketing tools according to point 1) enable the identification of a specific natural person, personal data is processed when they are used, and the operator of this website is the controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4, paragraph 7 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council ( EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (the so-called General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").
2. b) In the case of information obtained from cookies according to point 1), the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the user's consent in the sense of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) Regulations. This consent is primarily granted by enabling the acceptance of cookies in the settings of the internet browser used by the user to access the pages www.japonskedny.cz and www.japanova.cz, and can be revoked at any time by disabling cookies in the browser.

c) The user acknowledges that with some providers (Google, Facebook) it is not possible to disable the given tool with effectiveness only for a specific website, but it is necessary to disable the given tool for all websites visited through the user's browser, in the interface of the respective provider.

1. d) Prohibition of the given tools also cancels the provision of any information to their operators. However, the user acknowledges that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of his personal data, obtained and processed on the basis of the tools used until the moment of withdrawal of consent

1. f) The provision of personal data within the framework of analytical and marketing tools is not mandatory for users, given that the use of the websites www.japonskedny.cz and japanova.cz is completely voluntary and is not mandated by any legal regulation. Failure to grant or withdraw consent in accordance with these rules does not affect the basic functionality of the website, however, it cannot be ruled out that some advanced functions will not be available.
2. g) The provision of personal data using the contact form is mandatory only within the limits of the necessary data for contacting back. Personal data are not further processed and are only kept for the necessary length of time for return communication.
3. h) The provision of personal data, specifically an email address, by signing up for the "news subscription" is completely voluntary. The email address is stored in the database of those interested in receiving information. In this sense, information refers to an informational message regarding the Japanese Days festival or the cultural event of the Czech-Japanese Cultural Center. You can cancel your subscription at any time using the contact form.
4. i) Personal data provided when ordering tickets are only required for the purpose of payment and feedback to you. This data is only stored for as long as necessary and serves only for the purpose of processing the ticket order.

Availability of rules

1. a) These rules are available to every user of the websites www.japonskedny.cz and www.japanova.cz in the relevant section of the website. In the scope of personal data processing, they contain, in the context of other information listed on the website, information on the processing of users' personal data within the meaning of Article 13 of the Regulation.
