For many years, he has been discovering the secrets of Japanese cuisine and uncovering the mysteries of Japanese sweets, which are small edible works of art.



Workshop

For several centuries, wagashi has been an integral part of the Japanese tea ceremony and important events in the lives of Japanese people. Lucie will guide you through the workshop, during which you will talk about the history and types of wagashi, about the necessary raw materials and try out various shaping techniques. And if you don't eat it on the spot, you'll take a small edible piece of Japan home with you. Next, you will meet at the Temarizushi workshop and try out how to diversify the contents of your snack box.
